- Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and packaging. Items that have been worn or damaged cannot be returned. - How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (507) 452-7829 or Contact@lavishtopuni.com. Provide your order number and reason for return. - Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. - Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
